I don't understand why it's so difficult to get my first job without any job experience. I've done volunteer work in school but that was about it. I have nothing to put on a resume, but volunteer work. I thought people looked for inexperienced workers so they could mold and shape them into the type of worker they need. What am I supposed to do? I really need a job as soon as possible.
