Technical Recruiter

Resumes are usually the first introduction recruiters and companies have to you as a candidate; what I always look for is detailed descriptions that are both thorough but succinct...don't leave anything out, but also don't drag anything out. Using action words to describe your experience are always a plus too! "Created, Launched, Initiated, Established" all these kinds of words tell a recruiter or hiring manager that you've been active in work.

I've started a group in the Jobcase Community called "Ask a Recruiter...Anything" Feel free to join and ask any and all questions you have about resume review, what recruiters are looking for or just general interviewing best-practices. Happy to help!
