Not really paying attention
I'm starting to feel like employers or not looking at my resume. I'm starting to feel like their seeing me. And saying she look nice let's give her the job. Then I get the interview and I get turned down for being inexperienced. Is there any one having this problem?

Well, you're getting a foot in the door which is definitely a positive. Maybe in the interview try to lean more on discussing your experience. You may be undercutting yourself without knowing it. It may feel weird, but a job interview is a place where it's perfectly ok to brag about yourself and your accomplishments. If you don't talk about them enough, people might feel like you have less than you actually do. Even if you're just out of school, you should have a set of accomplishments and things you're proud of to discuss. This was a major hurdle for me as well cause I was brought up to think talking about yourself too much was rude, but really that's what an interview is for!
She is right. Here is what I do for an interview, automatically works. Know your soft skills, and explain why you know you have each one of them. Know exactly which ones will best qualify you for the job. Express knowledge of that, indicating you know what you have to bring to the table. Tell them why you should get the job before they ask is what you are doing. You control the interview not the employer. Talk more than them. You know just about every question that will be asked. Answer them before hand in descriptive and timely manner. I promise you that you will be getting your interview cut short, and offered a job.
