When you get older these employers don't want somebody who has actually worked and earned their stripes, they want young guns who want it handed to them on a silver platter. They want big money and don't want to do anything for it just 8-5 off weekends and holidays and a benefit package fit for a king!!! I worked from before daylight till way after dark, holidays, weekends, on birthday for barely enough to get by on and lots of hard earned experience. Why don't employers want dedicated, hardworking, loyal workers anymore??????????
