Harrassment/BULLYING
Looking for a lawyer in the Denver Metro Area that someone has had good experience with. Thank you Nicole

Contact the State of Colorado EEOC office a issue a complaint. Hopefully you documented times and dates of the harassment.

Contact Legal Aid about your concerns, now think about this really. Document all actions' concerns: Example: Monday 3/20: (what ever it was), you know how. Then should this continue for several day, make a copy and give the copy to personnel, never be alone make sure you have a witness. If anything has not been resolved there will be another level to approach. The most important thing is: Document, don't go any where without a witness and be very professional about the whole matter. Do you have a handbook new or old, just ask for one and do not tell them why at this time. "You know: I had one but lost it can I have another one. And again never alone for a while, okay.

Nettie: I am so sorry this has happened and you had to leave your job. You definitely need to report this otherwise they will continue. I have had this happen to me so I can relate. I think you could do a search for lawyers - employment in the Denver Metro area on-line and contact some of them. Some may work on contingency and I think if you are low income (not sure) they will appoint a lawyer for you. Good luck.

Hi Nettie: Thanks for posting to Jobcase - best of luck in finding an employment lawyer who can help you!
Take it to the Colorado civil right division. I had good luck with them. But it takes years.
