HardWorking Self Starter!!

I got started with Subway

I am on the path to own my own business (hopefully soon) but Subway was the first job that taught me the importance of the value of a customer and how to create a quality product. I honestly thought working there would be beneath me, which is nuts because when you need money NO job is beneath you. Survival is key. Subway taught me how to work hard, keep my cool, and think on my toes.

Yea, I’ve never understood people when they feel as though a particular job is beneath them. It always never made sense to me! You have to make sure that you Provide for you or your family. We all have to make sacrifices and compromise at times in our life for the greater good.

Stote Manager at Subway

I manage a local Subway franchise. I think it’s a great job for kids and adults alike. It teaches time management , how to prioritize, team working skills, besides interaction with diverse cultures, young, old, and every thing in between. Growth oppertunity is abundant, and I have kids being promoted to management positions while still in high school. If a person wanted to learn management it’s basically a free education you get paid to learn.
