Confused..
I worked for my previous employer for over 15 years. Never had any issues, my work was flawless, Audits, Attendance, Reviews, etc. I transferred to another branch and worked that office for over 7 years. Started noticing issues in our break room and began bringing up my issues to property management. Nothing was happening, over time; My staff started complaining as well, along with health issues from the mood growth. After a period of time, no one was addressing the problem, so I sent an email to OSHA, shortly after I was terminated from my job. I, as an operations manager did not want to see my staff and myself suffer from the toxic fumes that were lingering in our lunch room where we had to eat. Was what I did wrong, should I have stayed quiet, I would have had my job still.

You were right about what you did.

Figures, whistleblowers always get fired.

contact osha and report that your employer terminated you ,becuase you contacted them,if osha doesnt find problems they cant have budget so yup contact them ,and avoid patels ,my cheif from patel and apprantly they just for cashing salary. so use anything but indians, guess what how they hired him he said he doesnt like how the work get managed!!! so yup contact osha ,and use americans and hire me thanks

You called osha they probably knew it and fired you it wrong for them to do but its not somone you call for things to get done .all companus dont like osha when they have to pay 1000 to 100000 of dollers to them and they dont do nothing but charge the company moneythey tend not to be nice if they find out it was you that did it

No I think you did the right thing no one should have too die for it to change for the better.

That was discrimination u had the right to complain about the problem in the break room I would have sued them for getting rid of u over that.

well u made it to that length.so yup go yelp and report osha and all who fired u.do you know these osha pretend they on top of everything other than taking off each friday and bussiness lunch

U did the right thing. Shame on that greedy company. There's something better out there for u and it sounds like u have plenty of experience ☺️

you did the right thing
He'll no. I would've done the same thing. Your boss was wrong. Stick to your guns.
