Hi Charles, I would make sure when you apply to send a follow-up and explain how you are a benefit to their business. You have to prove it sometimes and go the extra step. A cover letter would also help, but make sure to reach out personally. Do a little detective work and Google the company and find emails and send it to the right person instead of sending it blindly to the company. Go get em! Age is just a number my friend : )
