This may seem like a dumb question but I am getting these emails with questions from workers/candidates that I might be able to help answer. However, I'm not sure how this works or how these questions started coming to me? Gosh, I feel really bad for a lot of people that have posted here. I have about 20 yrs of recruiting experience and perhaps I can help a person or two as I have about seen it all out there. How can I best help? Normally when questions come to me they have many answers already and I'm not sure if I should throw my .02 in so seeking guidance.
