I find that the best resumes are tailored to the specific job you are applying for. I keep a master resume, which has all of my work experience, volunteer experience, skills, summary statements, awards & achievements, etc and then use that to build a resume just for the job.

It takes much longer than just making one resume and submitting it, but it has helped me land more interviews since it shows relevant skills to that position!
