Since Chico's is a full service store, it was my job to assist customers with selecting clothing and accessories that complemented their body and their lifestyle. I had a customer who came in feeling very unsure of herself. She had recently been widowed and was just returning to the workforce. I was able to assist her in building a new and versatile wardrobe which gave her the confidence she needed. It was rewarding to see her reaction to the change the clothes made in her appearance.
