Worked there before
I applied in Dec i believe. I've called for an interview or check my application and they always asked me I've worked there before because it was on my records. I reply with yes but that was 16 years ago. So am i not allowed work there again? Also i was told a manager at a neighborhood walmart by house that they are longer hiring and have no positions open. I go there the next day and there is a sign on the door that says now hiring for all positions. It's still there to this day. So why can't get hired there?

Hi Mellisa, If you are a former associate you can apply just like a new candidate via the Walmart Career Page. Keep in mind that the vetting and selection process for returning associates still applies. Simply applying doesn't automatically qualify you for a job as a former associate.
