Harrassment from HR.

I was a store manager, my district manager wanted me to all these changes, which I started making. My employees called HR with false claims against me. HR called me one day at the store to " investigate the claims". I agree with HR they need to follow up and investigate all claims. But to have the director of HR call me nasty names and make very rude statements to me. To the paint that I was fired.

Wow Matthew O'Brien I'm so sorry to hear that. No HR person should ever call an employee names nor make rude statements to them - they (along with everyone else) - should be respectful and polite.
