Age should not be a hindrance for seeking employment because humanity is inevitably bound to advance aging. There should be no discrimination regardless of ages so long as one has a sound mind, sound health, etc. Countries who don't look at ages is very commendable. If we look back when Moses led his people from the bondage of slavery, people come, are from all walks of life.The reason why U.S. is a great place to live and work is that - there is no job discrimination even if you are 80 years old and has the capability to work.
