I don't know where to start
So im about to be 31 with no experience and skills I have not worked for over 10 years. I have no idea what to do any advice?

School? Call edd and ask can they help with OJT( on the job training).

You will more then likely be eligible for grants and loans , get a quick little certificate if you don't want to stay in college . There are options.
