As this week before Labor Day 2020 begins, what makes it special for you? For me Labor Day is a special weekend for me for many reasons. To start with my son was born on September 2nd, my daughter September 11th. Most importantly, celebrating the Labor Movements taking place across the United States. Many people are suffering due to Covid-19. Jobs were lost, Job Changes like we never imagined before COVID-19. Here we are trying to adapt to the changes taking place in the workplace. Both sides of it many stories are being created. Good or Bad? One either adapts or falls victim to it? The old way of interviewing in person is now done on videos. Changes we will forever remember.
