More companies even small need to send there managers to management class. They need to learn how to talk to there people in order to have great moral. Where I work no one likes there job because of this problem . I try so hard to come to work in a great mood no matter what. For the most part I like my job, but hate coming to work because Of this I've spoken to upper management about it nothing changes. We have lost great sales people because of it. And may loose another.
