Hi Ladella Lee , a tour is part of the hiring process. Applicants are invited into the Distribution center to see the job and work environment. The guide will explain the different job responsibilities and daily operations tasks as you walk through the center.

The goal is to allow the applicant to see if the work and workplace environment is compatible with their job expectations. After that, an application and interview usually proceeds but the job offer is almost a guarantee unless the applicant decides they don't like the job.
