On my first week at my new job I felt...very welcome

When I was hired at home goods I thought wow this is it I'm loving it,just to receive a big let down after working there since Sept but right after thanks giving home good kicked me in the but,and several others,they hired more people than that had enough hours to give,bam now I'm laird off,thanks a lot home goods.

My friend what are you going to do at home goods. Unless you want to work in management in retail which is very competitive you got to start at the bottom and slowly work your way up to management if you don't want to run a department store go to Wendy's work the night shift and you can be a supervisor or manager at Wendy's and make 6070 Grand a year buddy not a bad little chunk you didn't lose much by not getting to work at Home Goods

Keep trying and never give up. There normally are two positive to a negative and where one door might close another will open. Just keep positive self talk. Life is a challenege but look for the checkered flag. And remember the sun always will rise and set. Other words....there is always another day and just stay strong

When you are hired most companies have a 90 day probation period where during anytime in that 90 days they can let you go with out a reason . Apparently you were not a good match for them.. Here are some of the reasons why a lot of places will let you going during that time frame call in sick , complaining or customer complaints, requesting to may days off and if you are a new hire and regular the first holiday off or big after holiday sale like Black Friday off by by . Ego, attitude , refusing to come in when called in on day off sometimes ya just can’t but after to many sorry I can’t or don’t answer or return calls from work by by . Complaints by fellow employees. Not doing your job , gossiping and bashing employees or work on social media .. your account maybe on private but it always gets back to someone when you bash on social media most companies now make you sign a social media . And sometimes they let you go simply because they don’t like you yes stupid I know. In sept a lot of stores will start hiring line crazy for the holiday season . 60% won’t last till oct and from that another 70 % will be gone after black k Friday
