I have noticed many Job Casers mentioning that they don't hear back from interviewers or companies after their initial interview. What I always recommend to anyone being interviewed is to get the interviewers full name and E-mail address. If you can get this information, send a follow-up email within 24hrs. This email should be a thanks for their time and for the consideration.

Doing this will show that you're eager to hear from them and it shows excellent initiative on your part. These traits are what most employers seek in an excellent candidate.
