I had a job, but had accepted a new job with different company. They hired me has a R&D Manager, but the first day on the job threw me into being a mechanic on knitting machines. By that Friday they let me go due to slowing down the mechanics. I was hired in R &D not a mechanic. So now I don't have a job. Is there any recourse to take against this company.
