Thinking about a career change
Recently had a supervisor pin his foul up on me causing me to be removed from my job to another that I have no experience in. Been with this company for about 8 years. Seriously considering a career change because even though I have a valid argument, the higher ups refuse to back me.

Seems crazy they would move you somewhere you're not familiar with. Did they even try to train you?

Ya i know the feeling just trained the new manager in and now supended with pay since i trained him hes affraid if i wanted tbe job i would have took it 6 yrs clean record one month suspended for no reason
