What are you doing to get a job near you? Have you investigated the area within a 5 to 10 mile radius, to see what potential employments are about? Have you looked at public transportation routes to see if the radius you want has easy access to it? What skills and abilities do you possess? Which employers need your particular skills? Update your resume, state your positives and show your abilities by stating what each employer required and how you filled the requirement. If you were terminated, do not put that on your resume. When asked in an interview, state that "mutual expectations failed. They needed this, and although I tried, I was unable to deliver. I expected to be able to, and they were not able to provide the opportunity for me to do so." Always present negative experiences in a positive way. What did you value about the previous job?
