Time for physical & mental fitness

I’ve been back to work from maternity leave over 30 days now and I’m finally finding some work/home balance but still can’t find time to exercise. any suggestions?

Hi Jean! It can be really difficult trying to fit exercise into an already packed life. Something I've found that I really love is called 10-minute solution. They're 10-ish minute videos that exercise different parts of your body and they're super effective. It's hard to find time to go to a gym or fit in a run, but it's almost always possible to fit a ten minute workout into the day. Remember, every moment counts!
