Le Cordon Bleu....Blues
I have had the hardest time finding employment. I've recently read that students that were taught via Le Cordon Bleu don't know the basic kitchen techniques needed today's average restaurants. Has anyone they else who have attended had the same problem as me? Should I just omit that from my resume altogether?
