Hi Kayla - Does your school have an internship program? I suggest you go to your advisor or dean in your area of study and ask about an internship. I would also research any professional groups you can join for your field. This will allow you to meet others in your field to network with. You may also want to consider doing some informational interviewing ... that is find someone who works in the area you want to be in and schedule a time to find out more about their job and how they got to where they are. Most people love to talk about their jobs and may even be willing to mentor you. It will increase your network and may even lead to a job! Good luck!
