When I first came to Westside, I was really shy and didn't know a lot of people. However, throughout the year I gained many friends! Everyone was really nice and encouraging, the material was exceptionally challenging, and there was lots of discussion about college. I feel like Westside has prepared me for college by pushing me to stand on my own, ask lots of questions, and work hard every day to achieve goals!
