Hi Bettina, Congrats on reaching the next level with AT&T. The assessments for most telecoms vary depending on the position your applying for. CSR assessments involve taking virtual call scenarios to determine your listening and customer service skills. Also make sure you have the basic navigation skills for Word and Excel in case they want to test you're software efficiency. I'm sure you'll ace it!!! Good Luck.
