Team Leader Manager at Trane Ingersoll Rand

Good luck to all on their paths to employeement... It makes me proud to see my fellow Americans, working hard to become employees. I will say a prayer each day for all, may your search be short but, reveal and bring to each of what you deserve most. May your new path carry you and your families to completeness... Here's to a hard working American Force... One that I am proud of! Hang your heads high my friends, it may get dark and cold during the storm but; in time, we can weather anything brothers and sisters.

I am too on my last pennies penny, a waiting on employee to call me back. After my background check. Interview, Drug Screen and Orientation... It has been 2 months I have waited on this job(civil service jobs)! Can't wait to start... I have been out of work since the disaster that upended my friends and family happened in October(3 days before my B-Day). My rented house was destroyed by Hurricane Michael in Panama City, FL on October 10th, 2018. I am not posting this long story to gain sympathy but, to hopefully give support to those who feel hopeless from the search. You see, my wife and I both had great jobs at Trane/Ingersoll-Rand building airconditioners. I was a 10 year employee as a manager and my wife a 4 year manager. We made over 100k a year to nothing. Lost everything and now we are in Pensacola, FL job searching and living of savings meant for retirement. We have no family to lean on. But, the strength of Lord has held us together through times like these and He will do the same all that seek Him. I don't mean to thump my bible but, just want every hopeless feeling person know, that it gets better and to never give up. Things are and always could be worse. If I can do it, anyone can. Hooe this helps. God Bless.

Opinion Pollist at Self Gary Richardson For Governor

Remni, You should have no problem being a caregiver. There are so many baby boomers out there right now. Try all the home health agencies in your area. Try hospitals, VA Centers, and have some business cards made up to market your skill set. I think that there are several business card companies online where you can pay like $8.50 per 500 cards or something similar to that amount. The point is you can go anywhere if you are a caregiver; I know I did it for many years. I had individuals that worked that wanted me to care for their loved ones. I would also hit all the nursing homes in your area and ask them if they need any PCO people or CNA,s. Good luck in your job search Also update your resume and cover letter. I hope I was able to give you some ideas and God Bless You this holiday season.
