How well does KFC treat its employees?
I work 16 years as a general manager I was blessed with the two franchise owners I worked for. So with that being said I’ve seen some not so good owners I would just look into that mainly. Look for the ones that care about their business want to grow that takes care of their business 9/10 they’ll take care of their employees as well. The KFC brand carry’s it’s self they do things like college funds disaster relief emergency relief nation wide for employees. But it’s all about the franchise that owns the location. Hope that helped
