So I been working for 6 months almost 7 months and they haven’t given me my raise yet for being their for 6 1/2 months also I was promoted to crew trainer and that’s another raise and they haven’t given that to me as well. I keep asking for them but they keep saying you’ll get it in a week and I Been asking for like a month now what should I do???

It sounds like you are working for a fast food restaurant. I also went from crew member to crew trainer at McDonald's and burger king, they waited until they could give everyone their reviews and raises all at the same time so they didn't have to remember who was up for raises and who has to wait. The paperwork is also another hassle. I know firsthand from being an assistant manager so please keep your head up, don't keep asking and allow for them to come to you with the raises. ☺
And... Also... The employee or even the manager isn't doing there job the way it's suppose to be.. It can also be loosing customers...
It could also be if the company or if it's a fast food Resturant, it's always possible that they the owner's lost money...
Raises depend on he franchise owner. Same with position promotions and raises. Anything an employer promises is not guaranteed. And if you continue asking for a raise and not excelling at you’re job, the raise will not come.
THE KEY IS DON'T KEEP ASKING, SHOW THEM WHY THEY NEED TO !!
