It was more a Family ran business and not a corporate, where everyone worked together to get the Job done with Quality and Pride , now it is like you are having to fight to get any help and when you work your butt off to get the job done you just get knocked back down , not being recognized for your hard work when others who are just there kissing their way up are getting the promotions.
