I was sitting with a small group of security guards. I know I'm not the best far from it. But we all got a letter to dress nice casual. Some were wearing jeans with holes an look like they just woke up. One guy smelled like he just walked out of a smoke bar.... an looked like he was on crack. Well as I was sitting there they struck up a conversation about security guards pay rate....$8 - $9 - $11 I felt like getting up an saying AN YOUR SATISFIED WITH THAT?!? Why short change yourself?? Dress up look professional an sell your knowledge an your experience! Get training even if u have ur level 2 & 3...keep training....learn the penal code for knowledge take some free CPR classes... take some free FEMA courses an get some knowledge DONT SETTLE FOR LOW PAY REMEMBER YOUR THE ONE OUT IN THE COLD AN RAIN AN HOT WEATHER
