Hi Tarus, congrats on finding a job! So from one recruiter to an aspiring recruiter.. you're on the right track by starting to look at agency roles. Good news is, nearly all agencies are ALWAYS hiring for recruiters/staffing managers and should have their current openings posted. I would start by doing a search for which ones are in your area and apply. You also want to make sure that the objective on your resume is directed towards taking a role as a recruiter, and that you're highlighting any relevant experience as well. Also, make sure any and all of your online professional profiles are up to date with your work experience, and are a direct reflection of your resume.
