with no explanation fourth coming from the company...your ready response is to immediately search and find meaningful gain with another company, have you become like the frog in the water filled pot on the stove?....regroup move move move

Maybe file for underemployment that will light the fire under them to pick your hours up better

Sorry, I am not sure of the reasoning, my son has worked fast food for many years, is now a Manager, from my discussions with him over the years, this is typically a tacit used to get rid of an unwanted employee. This is usually someone who is not reliable, calls in last minute, no call no shows, does not perform job duties quickly and does not complain about the job (much). If none of these apply to you, talk to the GM and find out what is happening.

Keep your head up and don't give up something always better.. But check yourself on your work performance be the best at what ever you do..

If you did not agree for on call hours when hired they can not change your hrs. worked without your consent.If you are on call you shoul still be getting paid ,look into it .

I had an employer once who let me know I was no longer employed by not putting my time card out.

I say that for you do what I'm doing and get about two or thee company together and work for them also like I do make calls and them that you would work for who ever calls first that's what I do just try it you will be the make sure you are the one and make your own hours up that week

Bummer, look for another job...This is the best solution. People always want an explanation and chances are you'll never get an honest reply, seriously. So don't waste precious time going over it in your mind, it will drive you nuts. Just go find something else and don't get anxiety over what you have no control over . Employers are and can be very cut throat despite what they present .....keep your head up and smile as you find other employment....remember that you're a winner not a quiter!
