The hardest part about my job right now is... #Whiteglove
The inconsistency they will want you to work 12+ hrs a day for 3 days straight and then when you think your gonna make some good overtime they will keep you home for the next 2 days

Bux, years ago, I encountered the same type of employment. I am not sure where you work but new employment maybe an option. I left the job and company eventually closed down.
