Try being 70 years of age with 10 years pediatric nursing experience and get a job in the child care industry.Or trying to get a job as an aide with 17 years home health experience.Is it the age? I hope not.I see discrimination here if it is an age thing.It certainly can not be an experience thing

Sometimes having many years experience can be intimidating to employers especially if you applying for positions that is more entry level. In those cases, you should explain your willingness to adapt to any environment
