Wrongful determination
I just got fired for because I kept banging up the truck hit the side on a pole someone hit me on the side driver rear view I told owner I was tired I mean I get home at 11 at night only to have to go back 2-3 hours later to meet appointment times they don’t follow log book rules yet and make you feel like If you don’t complete loads on time you’re going to get fired now I’m stuck with no job and it’s holiday season what can I do?

Not ok for you to destroy the companies property either. Dont take this type of job if you can't guarantee that you will be careful with their property. Treat their vehicle as how you would treat your own.

Find another company

I would send DOT after him

Dude, you have a CDL!! You can find another job. Don't ever put yourself in that situation. Companies who are good, will not do things like this. That load is not worth your life, or someone else's.

Contact dot... What they are doing is unsafe and illegal and if they fire you make sure you've got it documented what they are doing and Sue for wrongful termination

Report them to d.o.t.

1st rule in trucking... There is no such thing as a small accident in a big truck! We don't ding, scratch, or dent anything... we destroy what we hit! Don't hit anything! By the time the story gets back to the company... a bent pole becomes a whole gate or fence knocked down. A bumped fender becomes a whole hood torn off! Even rolling over a Little grass leaving a driveway becomes $15,000.00 in custom landscaping! Don't hit anything! But if you do... Take lots of pictures! This can save your butt!

find another job.

if you keep doing this and someone gets hurt in an accident or God forbid killed you're going to prison
Go to work for a better outfit but if you keep banging up the truck I try you to
