Sit down with her and her supervisor clear the air.... remind her this job can't protect you all the time you have to leave the job .... somebody will see you on the street.... and deal with it.... respect goes along ways.... the job can't protect you...

Bullying has become a very serious problem in the american workforce. I commonly goes undetected or unaddressed because unlike schoolyard bullying, workplace bullying is less physical but more psychological. The fact that management doesn’t do anything about her goes to show how much of a terror she is to work with. No one is deserving of that type of behavior in a workplace. You must have something that she wants. Your either more skilled, educated, social, ect than her so that what’s probably making you her target. I’ve never seen cases where bullies were disciplined by management. I would suggest transferring to another department or looking for another job.
