I'm worth the job because I'm a Team Player through and through, true and true. It is a process though understanding the boundaries between professional and personable. One can be taught at a pace required for the job, and the other is a gift, meant to be shared. Unfortunately, I see many of my colleagues who fall in the worship of the Almighty dollar. I myself see the importance of having the benefits of financial stability, but really, if you're not in it to be immersed in the tasks that your employment presents itself to you on a daily basis, then your "Job" may be better suited for someone with a keen focus.
