ZIPRECRUITER RESPONSE
Sorry to post so much about these online job agencies, but just want to make sure many are aware. This is a response I just got back after forwarding them the email I got from a Fraudulent company:
Hi Mary,
Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us and bring this to our attention. We appreciate job seekers such as yourself that report this type of activity. I want to apologize for this experience and I understand how this may be frustrating and disheartening while on the search for a new career. ZipRecruiter strives to keep this a safe environment for our job seekers and with credit to users, like you, we are making strides to make our online community safer.
With the information below, I was able to locate the account, Palantir, and I can confirm it has been closed and the job ads have been removed from our job boards on 5/11/17. The notifications that your resume has been viewed is actually notification that the fraudulent employer attempted (but was not able) to view your resume. I recommend you cease all communication with this fraudulent employer.
I wish you the best in your job search. If you have any further questions, please feel free to email our team directly at trustandsafety@ziprecruiter.com
