Can a Self-Employed/Sole Propiertor collect unemployment in R.I due to Coronavirus and not being able to keep his business open...This person has had the business over 20 years...He is head of household and has a wife and child to support...He also has mortgage, taxes, bills at home besides rent, utitiles, etc, at work...It seems our governor forgot about people that work alone and run there business....Something needs to be done especially when there is a child in the home...
