There was this timing my co-worker went out of our way loading the cattle Gates and our supervisor was so impressed that you recorded us and showed it to his boss in order to get us a raise when I was only working there for like 2 weeks and I got bumped up from 11:50 to like 12:50 to $13 an hour
that's awesome that you are blessed with supervisors who enjoy complimenting their workers when they have done well. i can't tell you how many employers will only approach their workers to complain. i am impressed that your company has cameras that record everything, i can't tell you how many companies i have worked for that always BRING UP the cameras but never use and on top of that they will stop everyone from working to have a meeting on something going on and you know you didn't do it and they say they have video of it.
somehow we are missing how things are going now.. kiddo working a Cattle Gate is not easy work .. hard hot dirty and can be a test on Man's ability to say they just are Cattle.. I have such respect for you and all of your team.. keep telling them what a great job they are doing.. and the stars in the sky will hear and sparkle for you every night.. MAKE YOUR LIFE SPECTALUAR AND so much will be grand.. I promise.. a Farm kid from the 1960's..
