interview questions?

when the interviewer asks me if I have any questions about the job, what should I ask? is it better to not ask any?

Hi Janna,

You should ask questions. It is always good to know what type environment you will be working in and what the company expect of you. Questions you can ask are the following:

Can you describe your ideal employee? Are there any trainings or seminars for employees? What is the percentage of development and growth throughout the company? How does company measure success? (Depending on the position you applied for)

These are just a few you can ask! I hope this helps.

I think it's always a good idea to be prepared with your own questions for an interview. Note anything you found interesting but needing more clarification during the company research. Also, make sure you fully understand the responsibilities involved with the position.
