Why won't companies hire and search out Veterans and pay more for their experience? As soon as Disabled Veteran is mentioned companies shy away and I know this is true I have been actively seeking and have College degree and experience in leadership (in fact I am 20+ year military retiree) plus I attended a tech school for Electric and HVAC tech but the management jobs go to the young and inexperienced and because we are Vets we must have the plague but the job will go to the young vet first
