
QA Senior Rep for the Chase Commerce Solutiomns dept. (credit Card processing division)
After working for this company for 20 years, after Chase took over, I learned that the company supports managers who would lie to their employees, lie about employees during reviews and would ask employees to lie for them for there own agenda. I have experienced each one of these transgressions and more at the hands of management for this company. they beat down their employees, and if you are not in the good graces of management they would do what ever they could to get you fired, or to quit. this was not just me but many other employees who I had worked with and saw let go for no reason other than the manager did not like you. I was written up for doing my job, I was told I was taking too much work from other reps. in my dept. nothing wrong with the work I had done. Just did to much, I was doing anywhere from 25% to 45 % of work load of 4 people including myself. Last year in March an executive, stated in a company meeting that if you as an employee was having any issues with managers, or trying to post out to other depts. to contact her. Managers were keeping employees from posting out to other depts. for no reason . This executive was flooded with emails from employees from all different depts. who were being harassed in some way or another. To my knowledge many managers were not punished for their bad behavior. I tried over a period of 4 years to post out to different depts. and I had only 2 interviews in that time, being declined as my job grade did not match my salary, not that I was not qualified but that I made more money in salary than position paid, I had also taken all required courses to post out to another dept. I was asked to take any were from 5% to 20% decline in pay to move to a closer location to where I lived instead of having to drive over 45 mins in A.m. and closer to an hour and half in the afternoon, and Company was moving again for second time to a location even further away and this location was more costly for living expenses. I left this company to move to take care of my elderly dad, and the stress of that job was finally gone. I would never work for this company again in any capacity, and would discourage anyone from applying or bank with this company. They state they have a moral code of conduct, but they allow their managers to run wild and pretty much let them get away with many transgressions. They have even closed accounts of customers due to their type of job customer had. So in other words this company did not help me in anyway in life, but to provide a paycheck and benefits and a few friends.
