Depends on the job. If your a driver your by yourself. If your a sorter. They all have clicks. Best to keep your mouth shut and listen. Don't get involved with anything that will bite you in ass later. If you work Freight there is no clicks. Everyone wants to get there trailers unloaded and loaded. Freight has a lot of old timers. They'll try to get you fired. They have one strict policy no swearing at another employee. Just smile at them. That really pissed them off. There just trying to get you wild up. So smile and say your awesome. Reverse the conflict.

I worked in Hickory NC and I worked with a great group of people there was one or two that were not into teamwork but most of those didn't work there very long.

Since I was a package handler I had to load and unload the boxes on the trailer and just because you are in one spot does not mean you will be in that spot for a long time because they will move you around and make you help another coworker who may be backed up but in return they will help you .I bounced from trailer to trailer helping other people and they did the same for me and if you do not understand how to load up the boxes I would advise you to ask the managers show you how to do it correctly so that next time you don't forget

Depends on what FedEx your in the people in keasby hub are cool and chill the managers are the ones you gotta look out for

FedEx Freight, good peeps. Most of the guys I worked with were mellow. As a driver we all looked out for one another. Pretty solid team and I never had an issue with any of the drivers, management or dock workers. Everyone was pretty cool. But I also tend to keep my mouth shut and get my job done.
