If you're seeing red flags already I would say just stay until you can line something up. It may be painful at the time but you'll learn a lot from having to stay in a tough environment. Keep yourself going by just telling yourself it's temporary. I've had to do it once, it wasn't easy but when I got that new job offer I felt so much happier that I'd stayed and not let the awful environment "beat" me.
