Too many online application accounts!
Every online application requires me to register with an account online before applying. How can I manage all these user names and passwords? Is there a generic format I can use for all accounts?
Hi Edmond, If you use a Mac for your main computer, you can use the keychain feature to save all your usernames and passwords. If not, you can try out this tool called LastPass which once you install, it automatically saves all of your passwords in one place, heres the link to download it: https://lastpass.com/ Hope this helps!
I keep a manual list and update it as I go but you can look into password managers. The challenge for me is making up passwords. I've used up all of my personal info but I'm all out of ideas to vary password creating. If anyone has any suggestions on creating passwords I'd appreciate it..
Hey Edmond - Yeah, its a bit of a pain right now but you its the way the whole system is currently setup. We are working with the various providers right now to get Jobcase profiles to be accepted across the board - but this will take a bit longer. In the meantime, you can link a lot of accounts in MYINFO settings so that you various activities can be tracked here for easy access. We also are working on other tools to make searches and organization easier - stay tuned!.....
