Highly still upset

So I have work the the company for 12 yrs out of that 12yrs I have never had anything happen that I'm about to tell......so it was a crew person that called sexual harassment against me and she told on of the other managers but they didn't tell me she even called the police on me but they never came to talk to me .......so I snapped out on the crew person .....since I didn't stay in a professional position I got fired ......but the crew person still has her job and oh the threw out the case also......how would y'all react to that???????

Then they will use that against you even if you reapply within 6 months. I understand you snapped on the premises and not away from the job. They took that to heart and used it. Best thing is to go ahead and look for other work but next time, keep your anger in check.

You should went to HR and let them know that your being accused which would have started an investigation. Police can't do anything regarding a sexual harassment in the workplace. Sounds it was more on hearsay it just needed to be proven. Now you might be able to take her to court for defamation. Find out if there was a police report filed and how where you terminated verbal or in a letter. Goto the site "just answered" and see if they can help you with a employment lawyer.
